Harvey has helped us twice, in buying our home and buying an investment property. I wish I could give him more stars for negotiation skills. The market had been so competitive that there were over 10 offers on the properties, but he got the sellers to really consider us. He is diligent, honest, and organized. Puts zero pressure on clients but knows how to put pressure on banks when they're not working hard for you. A complete realtor.

I met Harvey in 2000 and have worked with him in 2 different real estate transactions. Harvey is great! He is patient, diligent, and not pushy. And he knows what he is doing. I recommend Harvey highly and would certainly work with him again.

Harvey provided excellent service in selling our rental. He recommended how to update the unit and negotiated with contractors to come in and do the work. Later he arranged for the staging so it really looked nice.

He was also quite astute in assessing the market conditions, this was back in 2006 just before the subprime debacle killed the market for this area. Another unit across the street had a lot of open house interest and sold quickly. But Harvey saw the market was changing and told us to get rid of the contractor I hired (not picked by Harvey) because of the slow progress. By the time it went on the market, the market was slowing down and there wasn't much interest in our property. But Harvey was very aggressive in working every inquiry and offer. We managed to sell it about 5% off the peak. Several months later, the front page of the San Jose Mercury noted that housing had reached 400 days of inventory, the market had fallen apart. Now when I look at listings for that area, its barely half of what we sold for!

People often think that open houses sell homes. But what is important is having a realtor who knows how to negotiate, and that is Harvey's strength. I also think Harvey's experience in both good and bad markets in different aspects of the business gives him a more seasoned perspective.

Bought a home.

We have used Harvey as our real estate agent for the past twelve years for multiple residential real estate transactions (first in 2001, most recent in 2010). Harvey knows the local market well and was both patient and quick-to-respond to all our requests and questions. His ability to understand both the buyer and the seller, the property and the market, plus his skills as a negotiator, helped saved us both money and time.

If you want an ethical, honest and skilled real estate agent who puts the interests of his clients above his own, you should contact Harvey.

Sold a Single Family home for approximately $625K in Santa Clara, CA.

Harvey was extremely helpful and patient with us during the entire process. We were moving from a townhouse to a single family and Harvey helped us over a period of several months, from selling our townhouse, choosing neighborhoods and homes, and the entire bidding, purchasing, closing process. Harvey is very gifted in negotiations and dealing with other agents and brokers, he knows exactly when to move in, when to wait, and spotted our current home as a good deal and was able to move quickly enough (and gracefully enough) to beat everyone else. He makes everyone love working with him and so is able to win over others easily - very important in such a relational business. As for our process, Harvey was very patient with us as we changed our minds quite a few times on what kind of home we should purchase, and helped us with our decision process in an unbiased way.

Harvey has been my Realtor for my past three real estate transactions and I can't say enough great things about him. He is very professional, has great attention to detail, is a great communicator, is ethical, and is a normal down-to-earth guy. He has a lot of experience in this industry (20+ years) and you would be well served to have Harvey as your agent.

When I was moving back to the west coast, I had one weekend to find a place. Harvey blocked out his schedule and lined up property after property for us to look at and helped me to get exactly what I wanted. Two years later, I wanted to move again and I called Harvey to help me find a new home and to sell my previous home. Both transactions went off without a hitch.

I would not hesitate to have Harvey as your real estate agent.

Sold a home in San Tomas area, Campbell, CA 95008.

Harvey was our agent on both purchasing and selling our home. His advice was invaluable both in getting the home we wanted in a competitive situation as well as maximizing the value we received on selling. We found Harvey's approach comforting and knowledgable during an inherently stressful time despite being in a very uncertain market. I cannot fully express how valuable it was to have a credentialed and knowledgable agent during what has to be the most turbulent housing market we've seen in a generation. I absolutely cannot imagine recommending any agent higher than Harvey.

Bought a Single Family home for approximately $575K in Berryessa, San Jose, CA.

We met Harvey at his open house. My fiancé asked lots of questions; Harvey answered all the questions to the best of his knowledge. We were impressed by Harvey’s knowledge about the home in the area that we are interested. We decided to use Harvey’s service; he spent time to get to know what kind of home we are looking for. What we like and don’t like; he helped us find our first dream home within a month. Harvey’s patients, responsiveness and great negotiation skills had created the great home buying experience for us. Now we can focus on planning the rest of the detail for the wedding and remodel our dream home. Thank you Harvey for all the referrals and we will invite you over once the remodeling is done!
